One JAM Nation!

Dec 05, 2015

Tune into One JAM Nation on Inspiration WTIS 1110 AM radio in Tampa Florida, or stream live at to hear Brandee Nielsen-Smith share God’s love story in her life, including music.

The focus of “One JAM Nation” is on the One Body of Christ coming together to celebrate with “Joy And Music”. Psalm 95:1 calls us to sing to God with joy; this show aims to unite the family of God for praise & worship in these seemingly dark times. We also want to give listeners an opportunity to become better acquainted with their favorite Christian artists by bringing the who’s who of the Christian music industry onto WTIS’ airwaves.

This show is hosted by Jennifer Alden, founder of Jennifer Alden Ministries.  A native of Vero Beach, Florida, Alden relocated to the Bradenton area after many years in Central Florida. She is the author of 7 books, including a three-part poetic literary series and a daily devotional. Jennifer’s “Joy And Music” ministry is an extension of her writing, which recently led her to produce the first of many concert events. JAM “A Rock of All Ages!” was held at Lakeland’s historic Polk Theatre in November 2014.

“It is not our intent to come into a community, put on a good show, and then leave, never to be heard from again. We want to get people excited about the cities where they live and give them hope and encouragement to be agents of change. Then, by uniting with local organizations, they can take the hope and encouragement they received to the places where it is needed the most,” Alden says. “‘One JAM Nation’ is an outgrowth of that inaugural occasion, and will serve to support and promote upcoming events.”

On the slate are multiple “Rock of All Ages” concerts and a “Woodstock for Jesus” festival-style event, JAMFEST, tentatively to be held in Bethel, NY, on the grounds of Woodstock.

Inspiration AM 1110 is a local radio legend, delivering eclectic inspirational talk radio longer than any other station in Tampa Bay. The station debuted in 1946, later becoming Tampa’s first rock n’ roll radio format in 1956. WTIS was the first station to have a female talk show host, as well as the first station to air ethnic worship programs. In the ’70s, it was the first AM station to carry Tampa Bucs football games as the counterpart to country format station WQYK-FM before switching to Christian family talk in 1976.  In addition to its regular programming, WTIS aired Christian rock music on the weekends from the mid 1980’s until 1991, featuring shows like “Joyful Noise” and “Power House,” which ran on Saturday afternoons.

“One JAM Nation” will celebrate with this music once again by bringing those of the Christian Music Industry, Worship Leaders, as well as all of us who just want to celebrate with joy and music, back onto the airwaves!  Please consider showing your support by purchasing your “One JAM Nation” t-shirt today at .

Let us all make some joyful noise!   Join us Saturday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. on Inspiration AM 1110 WTIS or via live stream at and visit our website at
